Summary of the meeting:  Jack Russell, MRNRD District Manager.  Russell did a brief presentation of the proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations, 2014 Supplement to Appendix 1 which will state “With the designation of a Compact Call Year by the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources, the allocation for that calendar year will be restricted to 15 inches”.
