April Adjudicatory Hearing Meeting 2015

Summary: The purpose of this hearing is to receive evidence and testimony concerning the denial of a request for a variance from the District’s Ground Water Management Area, Rules and Regulations. Specifically a request from Stan Moore to drill two new wells, denied by the Board of Directors at our December 9, 2014 regular board meeting.

Summary: Approval of Variance VAR4-2015, starting approval of EQIP applications, NET approached NARD about some programming on TV, NNRC holding meetings their new rules, scholarships had been advertised, brought up new ideas on water conference, N-CORPE status report on a group of investors that wish to put up a egg laying facility, Hallum provided a presentation on canal recharge of Frenchman Valley, and approval of Rules & Regulations on Rule 2-1.2.
