Notice is hereby given that Board of Directors of the Middle Republican Natural Resources District (“MRNRD”) will hold a hearing to assess a penalty for violations of the Nebraska Groundwater and Protection Act and MRNRD Rules and Regulations by the landowners, Ruggles Farms, Inc./Bryan and Ami Hauxwell.  Attorney, Jeffery P.
